Inclusive services

  • Every apartment is provided with towels, dishtowels and bedlinen and a fully-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pans, wine glasses, kettle and table linen.
  • End-of-stay cleaning.
  • Free internet access throughout the hotel (wi-fi). 
  • Access to the swimming pool and sunbathing lawn with sun loungers and sunshades.
  • Covered parking place for every apartment. 


On request, we will be happy to offer you the following services (extra charge applies)

  • Towels for the swimming pool area
  • Mid-stay cleaning 
  • Laundry washing and drying facilities


Arrival and departure:

Your holiday apartment is at your disposal from 3 pm on your day of arrival. Please let us know if you will be arriving in the evening.

Please vacate your room by 9.30 am at the latest on your day of departure.

We ask for your understanding in the Sunday is a day for the family, and we will only be able to welcome you after 6 pm.

During high season apartments are rented by the week, with arrival and departure on Saturday. 



Dogs are very welcome here! The Meran/o 2000 apartment, located on the ground floor and with direct access to the garden, is the apartment which we rent to guests with dogs. We charge 30 € per week for end-of-stay cleaning. Please bring your own basket and food. 



On 1st January 2014, a visitors’ tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue from this tax is invested in the construction and maintenance of infrastructure and services and the organisation of cultural and sports events. The local tax is levied at all lodging establishments, on a per-guest and per-overnight-stay basis. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax. The tax is payable upon departure and is listed separately on the invoice.

Payment and cancellations

The moment we receive your deposit (300,00 €), we will reserve your apartment for you. You can pay the remainder by bank transfer or on arrival by cash. We can accept cash payments up to and not exceeding a total of 1,999 €. At the time of booking, we will provide you with our bank details by email. 

Cancelling: It sounds annoying, and it is.

We are sure that you’re looking forward to your holiday here. However, if an unforeseen event should spoil your plans, the following terms and conditions apply:

Cancellations made up to 3 months before arrival incur no penalty charge.

For cancellations made less than 3 months before arrival we charge 3 days of your booked stay. 

For cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total price of your booked stay.

In the case of no-shows, late arrival or early departure, the full cost of your booked stay will be charged.

If you have to cancel your holiday, please let us know in good time!  

Unfortunately, a lot of things can happen before you get here and during your holiday; that’s why we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Be prepared, and take out travel cancellation insurance policy!
